All orders will be billed on the day we receive the order.   Advanced orders are welcome, but we will not commit to any price for more than a week in advance of any order.   We will notify you of any change in prices.

If for any reason we don't have a specific color available after the order has been placed; we will attempt to contact the sender as soon as possible; if we can not contact the sender, we reserve the right to substitute the color with one of a similar value; this is not a cause for refund or replacement.   This may happen due to high demand, or poor weather conditions; last minute changes may occur.   Please be aware that sometimes as a result of normal wear and tear of the transportation process,   rose buds may break off. MR Roses is not responsible to replace roses affected by the transportation process.

TERMS OF USE FOR ROSE ORDERS

All orders will be billed on the day we deliver the boxes from the farm to the established cargo company in Quito - Ecuador (we get into an agreement with client to determine the cargo company to be used for shipment).   An invoice will be emailed the day we deliver the boxes of roses from the farm to the cargo company in Quito Ecuador.   Credit card will be charge that same day (day we deliver the boxes of roses from the farm to the cargo company in Quito - Ecuador) for the full amount stated on the invoice.

We will collect a "credit card authorization form" prior shipment of boxes, and we will use that number for payment.   We will charge the authorized credit card number the day we deliver the boxes to the cargo company in Quito - Ecuador.   If the credit card is declined, we will attempt to contact the buyer to get a different number; if we can not contact the buyer, no shipment will leave the farm.

Mr Roses Flower Co will not be responsible for: custom clearance delays, problems with the cargo / shipping companies used, or delays in flights.   All of our orders are sold FOB Quito; this means that we fulfill our obligations when we drop the boxes at the cargo / shipping company in Quito - Ecuador established with the client.

MR Roses Flower Co will not be responsible for FedEx delays, roses delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the buyer, decrease of the quality of the product due to increased delivery time due to incorrect delivery addresses supplied by the buyer, decrease of the quality of the product due to improper handling by the recipient, delays in delivery due to extreme weather conditions (hurricanes, blizzards, earthquakes, tornadoes, etc.), electrical failures, natural disasters, or terrorism, if the box is damaged while shipped, or for lost or stolen boxes - no replacement will be given.

REFUNDS FOR ROSE ORDERS

The website is the property of Mr Roses. By linking, referencing, buying from, using or accessing the Mr Roses website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, including agreeing to indemnify and hold Mr Roses harmless from all claims of any nature arising from your access and use of this website.

*YOU AGREE THAT YOUR ACCESS TO, AND USE OF, THE MR ROSES WEBSITE AND THE CONTENT THEREOF IS AT YOUR RISK. YOU AGREE, THAT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL MR ROSES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM LOSS OF BUSINESS. *There are some jurisdictions that do not allow for the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for consequential or incidental damages. Based on this conclusion, the liability of Mr Roses is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

You must include a digital photograph of the damage and send to sales@mr-roses.com within 24 hours of receipt of your order.   Roses are perishable goods, so NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE!   MR Roses Flower Co does not offer discounts if rose buds are damaged due to shipping. Any claims for shipping damage must be claimed through FedEX.

In the case where the number of roses received is less than what you ordered, please contact a MR Roses representative to place your claim no later than 24 hours after the product is received. MR Roses will issue a refund or credit for the value of the missing stems.
