SHIPPING OVERVIEW
Mr Roses ships high quality fresh-cut roses free of charge
using FedEx's Priority Overnight Services. Once you place
your order the roses are cut, treated, boxed and shipped
to our centralized distribution center in Miami, Florida.
Your roses are then shipped with FedEx's Priority Overnight
service anywhere in the continental USA.
WHERE WE DELIVER
All of our rose boxes include FedEx shipping using Priority
Overnight to anywhere in the continental USA. For delivery
to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, additional costs apply,
click here for details. We also offer delivery to Canada,
click here for details. We currently do not offer shipping
to any other international destination.
WHEN WE DELIVER
You can schedule delivery of your
roses from Tuesday to Saturday. You will receive your order
by 6:00 pm on the scheduled day of delivery. Saturday delivery
carries an additional charge of $12.50. We do not
offer Sunday or Monday deliveries.
WHEN TO PLACE ORDER
The minimum amount of days needed to place your order for
delivery is 7 days. You can place your order a maximum of
60 days prior to your event.
If you are planning an event and feel you need to process
your roses in preparation for your event (hydrate, and let
them open) we recommend that you place your order to arrive
two days before your event.
FEDEX TERMS
TRACKING
By providing us with a valid email address, FedEx will provide
a tracking number either on the day you are to receive your
order or the previous day. This number will allow you to
track your package online at www.fedex.com.
We are not responsible for the availability of the FedEx
website.
SERVICE AVAILABILITY BY AREA
Please make sure your
delivery address is correct and complete. (Please
review FedEx's shipping policies. FedEx requires you
supply your phone number and will not ship to P.O. boxes.) You
will be assessed a $15.00 fee per shipment if a shipment
has to be rerouted by request or due to incomplete shipping
information. Only one reroute will be allowed per shipment.
Confirming service availability and estimated delivery time
for your area can be done by calling 1-800-GO-FEDEX, providing
the customer representative with your 5 digit zip code, and
informing them that you are expecting a Priority Overnight
Package.
If you do not receive your order, we must
be informed within
48 hours of scheduled delivery time. Since flowers are perishable
and affected by weather and climate, we ask that customers
or their representatives be present at time of delivery. This
will guarantee that your flowers are not left unattended
or sent back for next day delivery.
Limited Saturday deliveries are available. Please contact
FedEx to verify that delivery is available in your area on
Saturday prior to placing an order. Confirming service
availability can be done by calling 1-800-GO-FEDEX andproviding
the customer representative with your 5 digit zip code.
If you wish to receive over 1000 roses we can make our strategic
partners in air and ground transportation both in the US
and internationally which offer good value.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We can send roses to other
countries other than the USA.
At the present time we only offer free shipping
to the cities within the Continental USA.
Please contact us for shipping rates to these destinations
to sales@mr-roses.com please
indicate on the subject of the email the country or city
you wish to get or send roses, so a Mr Roses' representative
can get back to you with this information.
Once you have contacted us for rates, you could place your
order of roses via email; you will have to indicate: the
number of stems (they come in bunches of 25 roses), the color
(you can mix colors in one box please see "all products" from
our
site,
select the size, the date you need to get the roses, and
the shipping information.

Fill out the credit card form, and send it back to us via
fax to 305-672-1286 the same day you are placing your order
via email. As soon as we get your email with your order,
we will send it to our farm in Ecuador, then we will send
you, via email, an invoice that will include the cost of
the roses and the shipment.
We will charge your credit card the day we ship the roses
from Ecuador.
We will send you the FEDEX tracking number via email.
