Roses
We are happy to offer free
shipping of your rose products using FedEx Overnight Priority
anywhere within the continental USA. If you need to ship
anywhere else please visit our international
shipping section.
To order rose products from our farm, we require
that you place your order at least 7 days before your
desired delivery date. Orders may be placed up to 60 days
in advance. You will be asked to specify your delivery date
at the check-out stage of your order.
PLACING
YOUR ORDER
Once you have selected the rose products you wish to
purchase you will be prompted to select a delivery date and
address. The delivery date should be seven full days or more
from the day the order is placed. FedEx delivers from Monday
to Saturday. Please do not select Sundays as a delivery date
as there is no delivery that day nor on Mondays as there
is no overnight delivery from Sunday to Monday. You should
plan on receiving your roses from Tuesday to Saturday. If
you do select a Sunday or Monday delivery date, we will attempt
to contact you and process the order for a Tuesday delivery.
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
Once you have placed your order, the order is transmitted
to the farm in Quito, Ecuador. Your order is processed
and the roses are cut, hydrated, and carefully packaged
in bunches of 25. They are then boxed and fastened to prevent
them from moving during the transportation process. They
are carefully transported in a refrigerated truck from
our farm to our cargo company in Quito maintaining the
cold cycle. They are then flown to our sorting facility
in Miami. FedEx then picks up your roses for overnight
delivery next day to your final destination. |
