Q. Where do the roses come from?

A. The roses come directly
from our farm in Ecuador; each order is individually
prepared. The roses get to you after 3 to 4
days of being cut! Our roses meet high standards
of quality. |
Q. How do the roses come? |
A. Your roses come packed
in bunches of 25 stems each, in layers. You
will have to remove extra leaves, and some of the outside
petals before arranging the roses. The extra
foliage and extra petals help the roses while traveling. |
Q. Where should I keep the roses
as soon as I get them? |
A. You should place the whole
bunch of roses (25 stems) in buckets with cool and
fresh water, leaving the carton around the roses, for
at least one hour before using the roses. |
Q. What is recommended to do to
prolong the life of the rose in the vase? |
A. You should follow our "rose
care instructions" that are included in the box, or
you can also find them in the Rose care section of
this website, by clicking

Q. How do I place an order? |
A. You can shop online at www.mr-roses.com select
any of our products click "Buy now", choose color of
your product, and click "add to cart" fill in all personal
and billing information and finally click submit. |
Q. What information is required
to place an order? |
A. Please have the recipient's
name, address, telephone number, and your credit card
number with expiration date, and billing information. |
Q. How many days in advance do
I need to place my order? |
A. Your order would have
to be placed at least seven (7) days before the date
you need to get the roses. |
Q. How many days in advance should
I schedule my flowers to arrive? |
A. We recommend that you should
get your roses at least two days prior to your event. |
Q. Can I change my order information? |
A. We do accept changes
in orders placed 10 days prior to your requested
delivery date, you would have to contact us via email as
soon as possible, providing the order #. |

Q. Can I cancel
my order? |
A. We do accept cancellations
of orders 10 days prior to your requested delivery
date, but you will be charged a cancellation processing
fee.
We do not accept orders placed seven
(7) days before the requested delivery date. |

more than one order at a time? |
A. Yes, you can schedule one
order, and then once you submit you can place the next
one going into the web page again and placing a new
order. |

to place my order on line? |
A. Mr Roses offers technology
to ensure that your credit card information is safe. |

print the payment page for my records? |

Q. Can a payment
submitted for payment today be cancelled? |
A. No, a payment submitted
for processing cannot be cancelled or reversed. |
Q. When is the
payment process completed? |
A. Once a confirmation number is

to Canada, the shipping charges will vary, so please contact
