AND CANCELLATION POLICY
REFUNDS
MR Roses Flower Co will not be responsible for Custom clearance
delays, FedEx delays, roses delivered to incorrect addresses
supplied by the buyer, decrease of the quality of the product
due to increased delivery time due to incorrect delivery
addresses supplied by the buyer, decreased of the quality
of the product due to improper handling by the recipient,
delays in delivery due to extreme weather conditions (hurricanes,
blizzards, earthquakes, tornadoes, etc.), electrical failures,
natural disasters, or terrorism, if the box is damaged while
shipped, or for lost or stolen boxes - no replacement will
be given.
If the product comes damaged for reasons other than shipping
such as: petal, stem or foliage disease, please contact
us immediately. MR Roses Flower Co will issue a refund
if the claim is made within 24 hours from the time FedEx
delivers the box (as reported to us by FedEx). Roses are
a perishable good, so NO EXEPTIONS WILL BE MADE! MR
Roses does not offer discounts if rose buds are damaged due
to shipping.
We reserve the right to ask the buyer if they read and followed
the rose care instructions included. Someone should
be present to receive the product when it arrives, open the
box immediately and carefully follow the included care instructions
(Never use walk in coolers, home refrigerators (except for
petals), or freezers).
In the case where the number of roses received is less than
what you ordered, please contact a
MR Roses representative to place your claim no later than
24 hours after the product is received. MR Roses will issue
a refund for the value of the missing stems.
CANCELLATIONS
We do accept cancellations of orders 10 days prior to
your requested delivery date. A $20.00 cancellation processing
fee will be charged to your account. We will not accept cancellations
of less than 10 days.
We do not accept cancellations of orders if you have placed
your order SEVEN (7) days before the requested delivery date
(within the minimum timeframe required to place an order);
you will be charged for the full amount stated on the invoice. |
